We want you to love your magical doll! If not completely satisfied, you may return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
✓ Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all tags
✓ Timeframe: Within 30 days of delivery
✗ Non-Returnable: Custom-made dolls, sale items marked “final sale”
How to Return
- Initiate: Visit MagicDollsShop.com/returns
- Pack: Include all original packaging and certificates
- Ship: Use provided return label (Australia only)
- Wait: Processing takes 5-10 business days after receipt
Refunds
• Method: Original payment or store credit (your choice)
• Timing: 3-5 business days after approval
• Note: Original shipping costs non-refundable
Exchanges
Available for:
• Size swaps (identical doll)
• Color variations (subject to stock)

- New doll ships after we receive return
International Returns
• Customer covers return shipping
• Must include customs declaration as “RETURN”

Damaged Items
